The Fitness Institute has an array of fitness equipment suited for people of all fitness levels. Beginers and experienced clients alike will find ample equipment for our trainers to keep your workouts both interesting and challenging. The semi-private nature of the gym allows un-interrupted workouts with no waiting around for machines to open. Cardio equipment, including bikes, treadmill and elliptical are available for use before and after your scheduled training session including your off days. All cardio equipment have personal TV's. Water, Towels, and other ammenities are always on hand.

The Fitness Institute Arrowhead is located in Glendale on the North-East corner of 59th Ave. and Loop 101 in the Albertsons shopping center.

We are located to the left of Albertsons, next to Desert Schools Federal Credit Union.
